I went twice to los amores de Julia and both times the service was amazing. My first visit was on a Saturday, they had a DJ and a moving bar. They made our drinks where we were seated at. I tried the mole enchiladas and it was by far one of the best mole enchiladas I have tried. The second time I went was on my birthday and I tried the Salsa verde enchiladas. The food portions is smaller compared to other places but I rather get quality over quanity. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere good. Its perfect for date night as well as celebrating special occasions. If you are looking for beautiful aesthetics, friendly service and good food then this is the place for you.

I went for a birthday, with my husband. Los Amores de Julia has FANTASTIC service. Service is so important to me, I love being taken care of. Kenya, as a hostess, was a pleasant start to our visit. Our server, Maricella (mari) was exceptional. I wish I could have Maricela every visit. Thank you Maricela and Kenya! Overall, the experience was good. The food was good, no chips and salsa, no rice and beans included, and everything was a little expensive. Think, fancy mexican food. They have mariachi every Thursday at 7pm! We will be back. The restaurant was absolutely beautiful.

Seen a promotion on IG for Bichota paint night, so me and my friend signed up. We had to go in to pay before the event. Day of event we went in, got there early cause we wanted to get good seats. Check in was easy. U have to scan a qr code on a cute little wooden heart for the menu. (I would prefer an actual menu, though). We had to wait a few minutes while they finished setting up. Then it was time, my friend and I were first, the rest followed behind and the hostess said it was open seating and we can sit anywhere. We picked our seats and were settling in, when another staff came and told us we had to move because the whole front table was reserved for a party. They moved us to the back, where one of us had our back to the painting. Neither my friend nor I wanted to sit there. They let us turn our small table horizontal. And we both sad on the bench. The actual party got there so late, we didnt start til almost 30 mins after the posted start time. Took a while to get our complimentary glasses of wine. We had ordered margaritas in the meantime and food. It came sooo fast that we actually let it sit there until we were done with our painting. They also gave my friend chicken enchiladas, when she had ordered cheese, they fixed it right away, though. Now the painting.. $40 for a glass of wine and to paint, seemed to be a decent price ( the most ive paid anywhere else and ive done close to 15 sip and paints), but then the painting canvas was like a small one with a pre-drawn picture in it, that we pretty much just had to color it in. In comparison to some of the actual sip and paints I've been to this was far from what I expected and the price was not worth what I got. The artist, just started off by saying to paint the background and then that was it. She was good at entertaining and amping up the group, but I would never go do another sip and paint there. My food was yummy, I had the sopes. It had chunks of chicken, i actually shredded it and took off almost half, but flavor was there. The margaritas, were fun to look at and cool for the ig shots, but taste could have been wayyy better. We had to ask a few times for napkins and even the group next to us asked us for napkins once we got them, because they didnt bring out any to tables. With the painting, food, and drinks... it was hard to move things around because the tables in the back are small. I ended up having to leave almost 3 hours in and got up to pay at the bar. As we're leaving the artist/host was bringing out hats for picture props and was going to do prizes. Sadly I couldn't stay. If the event had started on time, I would have been able to participate. My friend and I still had fun, but the event was not worth the price. I would only go back to try different food, but thats about it.

We had a great time. The service and food were excellent! They did a vapor on the mimosas that gave it a mystical look. Nice touch. Would highly recommend! Mariachi music was very entertaining!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My family and I were in town from Vegas on business and were craving an authentic meal before we headed back. We were completely blown away by the atmosphere upon walking in. The staff was warm and welcoming, the decor, the lighting, and the table settings are all so thoughtfully curated to help set the tone for the comforting feel of “home.” The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were carefully crafted, and the live mariachi was a beautiful touch. We cannot wait to come back!
